Amended Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 – Change of Venue

Dear valued shareholders of HPP HOLDINGS BERHAD (“HPP Holdings” or “the Company”)

Reference is made to Notice of the Eighth Annual General Meeting (“8th AGM”) of the Company dated 29 September 2026.

The Board of Directors of the Company regret to inform that, due to unforeseen circumstances, there has been a change in the venue for the 8th AGM of the Company. The details of new venue are as follow: –

New Venue:
Melaka Raya 123, Level 3, Noble Resort Hotel Melaka, No. 1-A, Jalan Melaka Raya 2, Taman Melaka Raya, 75000 Melaka, Malaysia.

Save for the change in venue, all information in the Notice of the 8th AGM of the Company dated 29 September 2026 remains unchanged.
