PRODUCTION PROCESSES

We upgrade and modernize our equipment to provide the best possible service. Our professional personnel always keep abreast of the latest industry trends to benefit our customers. It is our objective to provide creative solutions through a cost-effective method.

A. PRE-PRESS

The Pre-press department undertakes artworks inclusive of layouts, preliminary visuals and print-outs as well as mock-ups. Re-positioning of the layout helps meet the plating purpose. This ensures maximum use of the print area with minimum wastage. The Computer to Plate process (CTP) is handled by trained and qualified personnel. Quality color jobs are all undertaken with metal plates, using plate setters with its proven and reliable technology.

I. COLOR PROOF

GMG Color Proof is an ISO standard for color proofing. It has been the preferred solution for efficient and safe contract proofing with colour management setting.

II. EIZO MONITOR

EIZO Monitors are the Color Edge LCD monitors which feature hardware calibration to provide consistent, predictable colour for professionals in pre-press.

III. SAMPLE CUTTER

Maximum thickness: 50mm.

B. PRESS

Offset printing with coating unit is commonly employed by many commercial printers. However the quality of the final product depends on the in-house personnel’s experience and the capabilities of the printing machine. In this respect, we are backed by strong technical knowledge, track record and experience. We also progressively invest in new printing machines to keep abreast with our customers' evolving requirements.

 

Our 6-color offset printing machine is advantageous for commercial and carton printed sheets. It can handle paper board of up to 1.0 mm in thickness and is equipped with the chamber coating roller.

 

Our company is equipped with large format production line with size of up to 1620 mm x 1250 mm in addition to the standard size production line.

C. POST PRESS

Varnishing is a coating protection for printed materials. It enhances the packaging attractiveness and usefulness.

D. SHEETING MACHINE

We keep our paper raw material in roll forms. The sheeting machine sheets paper from the rolls to customized printing sizes whilst reducing paper wastage.

E. CUTTING / FOLDING PROCESS

With the computerized paper-cutters, paper cutting for all orders are undertaken with precision and operated in a most professional manner by experienced personnel.

 

The printed paperboards or art papers are fed into a folding machine and emerge in pre-set folded formats.

F. LAMINATING PROCESS

In order to fulfil the demand of our customers and deliver highly durable decorative packaging and in-store displays, our laminating machines are capable of adhering the printed paper to the corrugated substrate.

G. DIE - CUT PROCESS

Our latest die-cutting machine produces final printed products in the most precise and reliable ways. Its capabilities and processes are always upgraded to cater for our customers’ requirements.

H. GLUING PROCESS

We maintain high quality final packaging by adopting orderly gluing procedures. It is further perfected through use of automated machines.
